I torgued up my left deltoid pretty good somehow last week. Pretty sure it was from the hanging knee raises using a wide grip. Mostly seems the posterior and lateral delt but gonna lay off any serious work there.
I forgot to log Wed and Thurs but it was mostly just crawling/marching OS stuff.
It's not about how hard you can hit but how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward!!
