Thinking of what I have been working on in training and I always like to work on small things. Lately it is making sure I have my distance and footwork set BEFORE I deliver a blow. That makes a huge difference in not only the power but your own recovery.
It's not about how hard you can hit but how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward!!
