Picked up the Kindle book Original Strength from Tim Anderson & Geoff Neupert (SFG Master Instructor)
It is a book about resetting primal movement patterns. Those things that get eroded over time from sitting on chairs at office jobs/watching tv all day. Really good stuff. If you are interested in strength this is a must read.
I have "Becoming Bulletproof" and "Pressing Reset" from them. I do the resets at least twice a day. This along with my chiropractor and SFMA have really help to correct a number of issues with my body especially with SI pain, tight hip flexors and adductors. "Original Strength" is on my radar.
OS has worked so well for me I went and got certified to be an OS Coach. It has rebuilt and enhanced my body in ways that Karate and KB/Barbells was not able to do. I have gained the ability to press much heavier weights,very close to a one arm push up without practicing them,L-Sit pull ups, and move better and faster than ever before.
